KRE Corporate Recovery : About UsThank you for taking the time to find out more about KRE and how we can help you.

KRE Corporate Recovery

Based in Reading and working with businesses throughout the UK, our business is made up of four directors, Robert Keyes, Gareth Roberts, Paul Ellison and David Taylor. Between us we have more than 100 years of experience in the corporate recovery field, and we have worked together as a team for more than 10 years.

We can help carry the burden

As a company director facing business difficulties, we understand the amount of stress and pressure that you are trying to deal with but we’d like to reassure you that you don’t need to carry this burden alone.

Financial difficulties

Financial difficulties are not uncommon in today’s challenging business market. Whether they come as a result of losing a large and valuable customer, changes in interest rates and financial agreements, or poor financial planning and decision making, it is important that you don’t delay in taking steps to save your business and protect all stakeholders.

Releasing the pressure

We have helped a whole range of people in very different situations to take positive steps towards a new beginning. In all cases, we release our clients from the pressures associated with a financial crisis and can therefore assist in dealing with all aspects of the business, including discussions with the company’s bank and other key creditors.

Corporate recovery does not mean the end

We work from the common ground that corporate recovery doesn’t mean the end, but a new start for the business and stakeholders. As well as being able to help companies to get back on their feet without even entering into a formal process, we also help those who choose the route of insolvency to turn what they initially perceive as the end into a new chapter for their business.

This is because we work independently and have access to a large network of professional contacts. Consequently we’re able to offer a full suite of corporate recovery options depending on your situation and circumstances. As an independent practice we prefer to take a personal approach, so you’ll receive Director level input throughout the entire process. We also offer an after hours helpline so you can contact one of the Directors for urgent advice.
