Paul began his career in insolvency in 2008 and has over 15 years’ experience dealing with both corporate and personal insolvency.
His career began at Tenon where he worked as a case administrator until 2015, when he moved to KRE (North East) Limited. He completed his ACCA qualification whilst there and as an assistant manager became more involved in the day to day running of cases, experiencing more meetings with advisers and directors and beginning to independently advise on smaller matters.
Following the sale of the practice to Begbies Traynor in 2019, Paul worked as a manager and latterly a senior manager. He passed his joint insolvency examination board exams in 2022 and gained his full insolvency licence in 2024.
He has a wealth of experience dealing with corporate insolvency, including;
Managing the Administration and subsequent Liquidation of a £10 million turnover shopfitting contractor and helping to deliver a dividend of 45p in the pound to unsecured creditors;
Assisting with the Administration of a fairtrade food producer, which secured a sale of the business and assets to boost the prospect of a dividend to creditors
Paul is married with one son, is a long suffering Sunderland football fan and enjoys cycling and music.

Lynn qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2005 having already worked in insolvency for 15 years, initially this was in the field of personal insolvency working initially at The Insolvency Service then in private practice. Since obtaining her license she has worked on a range of both corporate and personal insolvencies and has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (previously Coopers & Lybrand) then in a range of mid-tier and smaller companies so has a wealth of experience across the insolvency industry. Lynn provides advice on all areas of insolvency and due to her experience in both the personal and corporate fields, she is able to look at any debt problems taking into account all aspects.
When not working Lynn spends her time doing sport and learning a foreign language.
